Ooops! The recent 'Era Of Good Feeling' may recede a little with the news that the Red Sox have
placed left-handed starter David Price on the ten-day "injured" list—retroactive to May 3rd (for those of you averse to euphemisms—this is the
disabled list). The word is that Price is suffering from left elbow tendinitis—probably the worst diagnosis you can hear. Right-handed pitcher
Ryan Weber was called up from AAA Pawtucket to fill Price's roster spot. The impact this will have on the already depleted Red Sox starting rotation is unclear. Stay tuned.
