Major League Baseball will issue a statement later on Wednesday regarding
the alleged "spying" by Houston Astros personnel on
both the Cleveland Indians in the ALDS and the Boston Red Sox in the ALCS. An investigation has been undertaken by MLB to determine of sign-stealing was involved when an Astro employee was caught "filming" the respective opposing dugouts—and possibly using
other banned electronic eavesdropping practices. It's unclear if there will be a definitive finding in the MLB statement later today—since it is being characterized as carrying "no fine or penalty". Stay tuned, this could be
very interesting!
