Scott Lauber, Red Sox players are
wearing t-shirts in support of Craig Kimbrel's infant daughter, who is undergoing medical treatment in Boston. The
"We Are #LydiaStrong" shirts are for little
Lydia Kimbrel—born last November 3rd—who has undergone multiple heart procedures at
Boston Children's Hospital. The Red Sox closer has remained in Boston during the treatments. Manager
Alex Cora stated simply that the organization is
"praying for Lydia and hoping". We wish the Kimbrel family all the best.
