Giancarlo Stanton,
Dee Gordon,
Marcell Ozuna and
Christian Yelich. The 'Billy' mascot has been associated with the lame South Florida franchise since it started way back in 1993. The Marlins, by the way, gave no reason for the 'Billy' firing—although a rumored brief liaison with Red Sox
co-mascot
Tessie The Green Monster was floated by multiple sources last season.
Wally The Green Monster—Tessie's brother— could not be reached for comment.
