FenwayNation Poll shows that, while a solid majority (70%) express
some degree of confidence in a competitive 2018 Red Sox team, just one-third (33%) express
extreme confidence. As the chart shows, about another one-quarter (24%) are "not very confident" that the Red Sox and
Dave Dombrowski will do "all that's necessary" to field a competitive squad, while fully 6% have no confidence at all in that eventuality. Thus, just about three in ten readers (30%) have little or no confidence in the 2018 Red Sox being competitive. You can still vote in the poll
