David Ortiz will soon be
starring in a new 10-part TV series that is certain to get big ratings in Boston
*. Entitled,
"Big Papi Needs A Job", the new half-hour series debuts January 31st on the
Fusion television network. In the show, Ortiz tries a series of new potential professions—professions not named DH. Says Big Papi,
"Ever since I was a kid I've never been known for sitting still — after 20 years on the field, I’m ready for something new. I’ve always been about trying new things, and this series is all about that. I’ve been meeting new people and having a lot of fun. I can’t wait for fans to come along for the ride." This should be very cool!
