The Red Sox have
announced several new inductees into the team Hall of Fame for 2018. Popular players
Kevin Youkilis,
Derek Lowe and
Mike Lowell will
lead the 2018 class—along with former player
John Frank "Buck" Freeman , and non-uniformed inductee
Alphonso "Al" Green. Youkilis won two rings with the Red Sox (2004, 2007), while Lowe (2004) and Lowell (2007) won one ring each while wearing
Carmine Hose. Freeman spent seven seasons with the
then Boston Americans (1901-07). Green has spent 44 years as a Sox employee—most at the
Fan Services Information Booth. Congratulations to all the inductees!
