Former Red Sox manager
John Farrell has been interviewed by the Philadelphia Phillies for their open managerial post. Farrell was reported to be the last candidate interviewed (which is usually a good thing), with the others being:
Dusty Wathan,
Gabe Kapler,
Chip Hale,
Phil Nevin and
Mickey Callaway (who has since been hired as Mets skipper).
And, since
Joe Girardi is now gone from the Bronx, he could
also be a target. Stay tuned.
