As if last night's drubbing by
The Tribe wasn't humiliating enough,
star right-fielder Mookie Betts was injured running into a wall at
Progressive Field. The resulting right knee contusion will most likely keep him out of
at least tonight's opener against the Orioles at Fenway Park. He is listed as "day-to-day"—the same as the rest of the human race here on planet Earth. Of course, with
Jackie Bradley, Jr. out 10 days, the
Killer Bs outfield is down to one 'stinger'—
Andrew Benintendi. It's likely that newcomer
Rajai Davis will be in RF tonight. Stay tuned for further updates on Betts' knee.
