'Judge'-Ing By Stats, Empire RF Is A No-Show Vs. Sox
Everyone knows that over-hyped "phenom" Arraon Judge has been horrific since the All-Star Break (.169 with 58 strikeouts). It's even more interesting, however, to look at his performance this year against the Red Sox. When facing his team's bitterest rival, Judge is batting a pathetic .155, with one home run (and a grand total of two extra-base hits). On top of all that, he has whiffed at least once in all 15 contests with Boston (25 total Ks). His OPS against The Carmine Hose is a laughable .534. Of course, against Sox ace Chris Sale, Judge is 0-10 with 8 strikeouts. Just looking at his 2017 stats at Fenway Park, it's even more shocking. He's hitting .083 in 36 Fenway at-bats, with 14 strikeouts and a 'slugging' percentage of .167. Too bad The Bronx Embalmers aren't made up of all Judges and Chapmans.
