The Raiders Of The Lost Offense "retail" mode. Held hitless by
Andrew Cashner (of all people)

The Carmine Hose feebly eked out two runs in
a deflating 8-2 loss. After a ninety-minute rain delay, this monstrosity of a game started—with
Doug Fister proving no match for the "immortal" Cashner. The righty went just 3.2 innings, giving up six runs (four earned)—including 2 HRs. You had the sense the night would not be good when Fister plunked a batter on his first pitch of the game. The offense—such as it was—featured
three total hits. The biggest of these was a two-run homer by
Xander Bogaerts—his sixth of the year. Onto to Tampa.
