Player Of The Month. The Red Sox shortstop hit an amazing .351 during the month in 28 games. Bogaerts had 40 hits in May—and logged an on-base percentage of .405. The "X-Man" slugged at a .544 pace during the month and had an OPS of .949. Bogaerts tied (with
Mookie Betts) for the team lead in doubles (10) and runs (23) during May. Bogaerts was also the FN-POM
