Rick Porcello was lousy early (most specifically the first inning), then settled down to be be 'OK' for the rest of his start in
a 3-2 loss to
The Evil Avians. The
2016 Cy Young Award Winner coughed up two solo shots in the initial frame—putting his teammates in a hole immediately. Some individual named
Alec Asher then shut down the frustratingly inconsistent Boston offense (four total hits)—led counterintuitively, by
Pablo Sandoval (who actually
homered).
Can someone please find a personality and a leader on this team???!!!
