When the leading response to a poll is "other", you
know you are not a master of survey design. In our latest
FenwayNation Poll dealing with
Andrew Benintendi's best nickname, that in fact happened. As the chart shows, fully 38% chose some nickname
other than the ones we suggested. Thankfully, the second-highest response was one of ours—
Benintendo at 31%, followed by
A-Ben at 18%,
The Ben-Meister at 7%,
Benosaurus Rex at 4% and
Ben-Him at 2%. Among the most popular "other" responses, most centered on some variant of
