Less than 1,400 signatures are needed to reach the goal of 7,500 on a petition to
help save Kenmore Square's iconic CITGO sign. No matter what you think of the company itself (
we revile the dictator-owned Venezuelan oil company), the
sign is a Boston landmark and should stay exactly where it is. Boston University announced its intention to sell the building that supports the CITGO sign with no stipulations that the sign remain. With this change in ownership, the sign’s future is threatened. Please help this effort by signing the petition
