After dogging it to first base on a ground ball last Thursday,
Rusney Castillo yesterday gave Red Sox management
another reason to have buyer's remorse on the soon-to-be-30-year-old OF. After singling in the seventh inning to load the bases, Castillo motored to third base on an ensuing hit.
He was easily gunned down. Two runs scored ahead of him—making it a 4-3 game at the time. So, he was the potential tying run. Bad. Bad. Bad. Potentially a $72.5 million mental boo-boo.
