Pablo Sandoval will be the Red Sox player who performers above expectations in 2017. As the chart shows, new first-baseman
Mitch Moreland comes in second on the list at 18%, followed by
Christian Vazquez at 12%. Both
Sandy Leon and
Carson Smith come in at 10% each, followed by
Drew Pomeranz at 8% and
Tyler Thornburg at 6%. Just 2% think a player other than those listed will over-perform. You can still vote in the poll
