Bobby Valentine is qualified to be Ambassador to Japan, why can José play, too? Oddly, Canseco has been known to weigh-in on world economic issues in the past—he's even appeared on CNBC to spout his opinions. Since current Fed Chair
Janet Yellen is safely in her spot until 2018, Canseco is also putting himself in-line for
