Major League Baseball announced that two Red Sox prospects were named to the
MLPPipeline.com Team Of The Year.
Andrew Benintendi and
Yoan Moncada—now both on the major league roster—
were named to the team at CF and 2B, respectively. Only one other organization had two prospects on the team—the Philadelphia Phillies. Benintendi—who should be back in the Boston lineup during the upcoming homestand—was named to a weekly 'Pipeline' team three different times during the past season. Congratulations to both Andrew And Yoan!
