Baseball America has named Red Sox 3B Yoan Moncada as their 2016 Minor League Player Of The Year. Despite a rocky start to his major league career (strikeouts in his last nine plate appearances), the future is extremely bright for the 21-year-old Cuban phenom. As Baseball America stated in its article,
"...as talented as Moncada is and as productive as he’s been already, the most tantalizing part is how much better he still has a chance to become." Indeed.
