FenwayNation Poll shows that a plurality of readers (37%) think former Red Sox pitcher
Rich Hill will be re-acquired by the team at the trade deadline. In second place at 17% is Hill's current rotation-mate
Sonny Gray. About one in seven voters each (15%) choose San Diego's
Drew Pomeranz or Atlanta's
Julio Teheran as the likely Sox trade acquisition. Interestingly, the same percentage of voters (15%) think some
other pitcher than those listed will be acquired. Some of the other names that have been mentioned include
Jose Fernandez (forget about it),
Ervin Santana,
Andrew Cashner, and
