POLL: Buchholz, Price Neck-And-Neck As Disappointing
Very early voting in our latest FenwayNation Poll shows that both Clay Buchholz and David Price are seen as equally disappointing by readers. As the chart shows, 41% each chose one of these starting pitchers, while Manager John Farrell (7%) and lefty starter Eduardo Rodriguez (7%) trail far behind (tied for second place). Three percent think closer Craig Kimbrel has been the most disappointing in the first-half, while no votes have yet been cast for former closer Koji Uehara. No votes have been cast as yet for any "other" members of the 2016 Red Sox. Given the train-wreck of a starting rotation so far this year, these results are not surprising—but the relative lack of blame pinned on the manager is surprising to some degree as well, You can still vote in this poll HERE.
