Zack Greinke is the top choice of our readers as a starting pitcher trade target for Boston. As the chart shows, 37% choose Greinke, followed by former Red Sox hurler
Rich Hill at 23%,
Julio Teheran at 20% and "Big Game"
James Shields at 10%. Another 10% also listed someone
