Craig Kimbrel must have caught something from his new bullpen-mate
Clay Buchholz. The Sox 'closer' (
on his 28th birthday) coughed up two runs in the ninth in
a devastating 10-9 loss in SkyDome. After blowing an 8-4 lead, Boston looked poised for another comeback win after David Ortiz went yard with a solo shot in the top of the ninth. But, it would not be as
the Boston bullpen gave up a total of six runs over 1 2/3 innings. The Red Sox could fall back into a virtual first-place tie with an Orioles win.
