After
David Price's latest lousy outing (on Saturday in the Bronx), an unlikely helper came forward for the $217 million pitcher. That helper's identity? None other than Red Sox second baseman
Dustin Pedroia. Apparently,
The Muddy Chicken noticed a mechanical flaw in Price's delivery. Said Pedey to Price,
"Man, something, you know, something doesn't like right. Something looks a little off." That 'something' was that the lefty's
hands weren't moving like they used to during his pitch delivery. Count us as skeptical on this so-called "fix". We will see on Thursday, when Price takes the mound at Fenway against the Astros (not his dog, the Houston baseball franchise).
