Knee Issues Preventing Eduardo Rodriguez Rehab Start
Let's see, today is May 17th. On February 27th, during Spring Training, Eduardo Rodriguez injured his right knee during "fielding drills". Of course, later that day he was "determined to be OK" by the crack Red Sox medical team. No big deal, right? Except, listen to what Rodriguez himself said that same day, "It was a scare, because I felt like I broke my knee [emphasis added], but it's fine now. It's going to be fine." Nearly three months later, E-Rod is still not ready to go—as he will miss his scheduled Thursday rehab start. This is very bad news. Calling Doctor Howard, Doctor Fine, Doctor Howard.
