Red Sox Take On Evil Ones At jetBlue Park Tonight (6:05)
Two AL East teams who could just as easily finish first as last meet tonight in Fort Myers. The Red Sox (5-8 this Spring) and The Evil Ones (3-8 this Spring) face off in a match-up full of riddles. So many questions exist about both squads that it's difficult to predict how each will fare in their quirky division. Among a host of other issues, advanced age and a questionable starting rotation pester The Bronx Embalmers. In the other dugout, a potentially porous infield defense and a spotty (sometimes constipated) offense plague The Carmine Hose. In addition, the recent injury to Eduardo Rodriguez could throw Boston's rotation into a tizzy. If everything clicks with The Pinstriped Posers (a deep line-up, lack of injuries, their ridiculously good bullpen), New York could challenge for the AL East flag. Likewise, the Red Sox kids could continue to progress and a rotation (finally headed by an ace) could dominate. Lots of "could's", "maybe's" and "might be's"—and not a lot of certainty. Watch it all unfold tonight at 6:05 PM EDT on NESN.
