David Ortiz has entered the building. The Red Sox DH—in his final major league season—has arrived in camp at Fort Myers, Florida. The 2016 season will be a long, emotional farewell tour around baseball—hopefully capped with another World Series appearance in October. The 40-year old Papi has logged 19 years in the major leagues—compling a .284 batting average and a whopping .378 OPB. His 503 career HRs place him 27th on the all-time list. And, with a typical year, he will likely end up
solidly in the Top 20. The Red Sox have the talent to go out and win a 9th World Series Championship. Ortiz's final year should be enough added impetus to
"Win One For The Papi".
