We
knew we would miss
Larry Lucchino when he left the
Boston Red Sox. In his new gig as chief muckety-muck of the AAA
Pawtucket/Providence Red Sox, he is
still tweaking the fraud franchise 250 miles to our south. When welcoming the new PawSox VP of Sales (late of
The Evil Ones), Lucchino said this,
"Rob Crain brings a breadth of minor league experience from several clubs across the country, including, of course, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, the Triple-A affiliate of a nearby American League team. His defection from their minor league tentacles demonstrates hope for redemption for all." You gotta love it.
