A little recognized benefit of the
David Price signing is that his French Bulldog
Astro will be a mainstay around Fenway Park. Price routinely posts pictures of the pooch on his Instagram account, and the little guy has gotten a lot of notoriety. The Canine-American also has his very own
Twitter account. You may recall that back during 2011 Spring Training, the Red Sox had an amazing clubhouse dog named
Brewzer. That 9-year old pup pretty much did whatever he wanted around the Spring Training complex—with fans, the media and players. Astro will have a big hill of Purina Dog Chow to climb to match the exploits and popularity of Brewzer. But, just looking at his face, we'd say he's got a pretty good shot.
