Former Red Sox starter
Felix Doubront has moved from "The North Side" to "The Great White North". The big lefty—released by
Theo Epstein's Cubbies earlier in the week—
has signed a minor-league deal with Toronto Blue Jays. Still just 27 years old, Doubront showed great promise early on in
Carmine Hose, but has struggled ever since leaving Boston. In 17 career appearances against the Blue Jays, Doubront has delivered an underwhelming 6.15 ERA.
