Boston fell to the Twinkies over on the crappy side of Fort Myers.
Dustin Pedroia (grand slam) and
Xander Bogaerts (2-run HR) accounted for three-quarters of the run scoring, but the story of this game was
really bad Red Sox pitching. Starter
Joe Kelly gave up four runs, then pretty much everyone else except
Matt Barnes got creamed. Also,
Allen Craig went 0-4—dramatically lowering his already abysmal trade value. Folks, this could be a
long year without a #1 starter.
