Doug Wilson, who has written
fabulous books about Brooks Robinson, Mark Fidrych and others, has a new book coming out next Fall about Red Sox legend
Carlton Fisk. Titled,
"Pudge, The Biography Of Carlton Fisk", the book will offer insights by
Fred Lynn,
Rico Petrocelli and
Eddie Kasko. It will even probe the psyche of a certain un-named umpire. The book is scheduled for release in October of 2015—the fortieth anniversary of
Game Six.
