The Carmine Hose scouting soon-to-be 31-year old right-hander Chihiro Kaneko of the
Orix Buffaloes. The 5'11", 170-pound Kaneko posted a 1.91 ERA this past season for Orix, and has a career mark of 2.69 over nine years. He is reportedly in the United States during the World Series to get a feel for MLB action.
