The Red Sox announced that
this morning's meniscus surgery on the right knee of pitcher Clay Buchholz was successful. The right-handed starter is expected to make a full recovery in time for next February's Spring Training. The 30-year old Texan was 8-11 in 2014 with an ERA of 5.34. He is signed through 2015—with team options for 2016-17.
