The Red Sox unveiled their 2015 schedule today—
and it can't come soon enough! Boston will open up on the road for their first six games—starting at Citizens Bank Park against the Phillies and ending at
The Concrete Bunker On 161st Street.
The Carmine Hose will then host
Bryce Harper and the Washington Nationals for their Home Opener on Monday, April 13th. Other notable games are:
another stupid "home and home" series with the Braves (June 15-18); a dumb two-game set with the Marlins at Fenway in July (when
Giancarlo Stanton can see his
old South Florida teammates); a similarly dumb two-game set in Miami in August; and a three-game series in Flushing against the Metropolitans in August. That's a total of 20 Inter-League games—exactly the same as this year (a scandalous 12.3% of the entire schedule).
