David Ortiz at 13%,

John Lackey with 1% each.
No votes were received by
Mike Napoli,
Dustin Pedroia, or
Andrew Miller. Holt finished the first half of the season batting .327. He came to Boston—along with
Joel Hanrahan—in a trade with the Pittsburgh Pirates that sent
