Folks, you just can't make this stuff up. According to the website,
The Smoking Gun,
a Yankee fan shown sleeping through an Empire-Red Sox game is filing a $10 defamation lawsuit against ESPN and two of their announcers—
Dan Shulman and
John Kruk. The suit was filed by 26-year old
Andrew Rector, who dozed off during the fourth inning and was shown on the April 13th ESPN broadcast. Rector has also sued the Yankees and Major League Baseball. All of us here at
