Red Sox top the Orioles, 1-0 at Camden Yards.
Mike Napoli's RBI single was all Boston's pitching needed, as the Red Sox won for
the first time this year when scoring three runs or less.

Junichi Tazawa and
Koji Uehara (who gave up the only other Baltimore hit of the night) finished things off. Boston completes the series in Charm City tonight, then they return home for seven games against Cleveland (4) and Minnesota (3).
