It's a good thing the proceeds from this July 4th's cap sales across baseball are going to a tremendous cause (100% will go to the
Welcome Back Veterans charity), because the caps
themselves are horrendous. They look like a beer-league softball hat, with a bizarre stylized homage to
Patrick Star from
SpongeBob SquarePants fame. They look like something that would pop up on an episode of
What Not To Wear—not that we ever
watch that show. Really. Hopefully, the hats sell well anyway.
