POLL Update: Six In Ten Still Want To Cut Carp
Updated voting in our latest FenwayNation Poll shows a continued—though significantly lessened—preference for dropping Mike Carp
when the Red Sox need to cut someone from their overcrowded outfield—upon Shane Victorino's return from the DL.
As the table shows, 61% now say Carp should be the one to go (down from 84% in the initial reading), while Jonny Gomes is the second choice at 16%. Somewhat surprisingly, Jackie Bradley, Jr. is the third pick at 14%, with Daniel Nava coming in fourth at 7%. Only 2% think Grady Sizemore should be the one to go. You can still vote in the poll HERE.
