This one is hard to believe. An El Paso, Texas-based charity is
considering a lawsuit against the Red Sox for what they claim is infringement of their 'B Strong' logo. The Red Sox used their logo (with the Red Sox trademarked "B") throughout the year as a tribute to those affected by the Boston Marathon Bombings. The Texas group's "B Strong" logo—in use for the last seven years—depicts a bird image with the "B Strong" message. It's unclear whether this suit has any chance of succeeding.
