Curt Schilling announced on his Facebook page that he will be undergoing radiation treatments this week and will need additional surgery in his battle with cancer. The three-time World Series champ earlier underwent initial surgery for the undisclosed cancer. Said Shilling,
"Week 2 begins with radiation and unfortunately more surgery. Not gonna break me, though, way too much faith in Him and love from friends and family." The entire Nation is pulling for Curt to have a quick recovery—allowing him to man the broadcast booth for
ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball this coming season.
