What a luxury it is to be quibbling over whether Lester, Buchholz or Lackey should take the ball in Friday's ALDS Game 1. The unofficial consensus is that it will be
Jon Lester who toes the rubber in the first tilt, followed by
John Lackey (he of the dramatic home/road splits). This would leave
Clay Buchholz to deliver the potential
coup de grâce in Game 3. But, let's step back an revel in the fact that we're even
