Good As Gone? |
It's been a rough week for
David Price. Not only was he knocked around by the Red Sox last Saturday (including two HRs by
David Ortiz), but his TWITTER rants after the game have been vilified far and wide. Now, Price is getting all cranky about
the likelihood that he will be shipped out of Tampa this off-season by the cost-conscious Rays. Just as his former teammates
Carl Crawford and
James Shields were too rich for Tampa's blood, he sees himself as the next guy out of town. Said Price,
"If you go with what's been done in the past, I guess you're going to have to think you're going to get traded." Hey, David, there are plenty of better options than making 15 or so starts in that decrepit three-ring-circus known as
Tropicana Field.
