"I hope they can still make the playoffs. But I don't know if they can." No kidding? Well, they
are just one game over .500 and 11.5 games behind the Carmine Hose after being swept by the pathetic ChiSox. Could some blame be placed at the feet of Hal "Tweedledum" Steinbrenner for limiting the payroll to $189M? Opined Levine,
"That had nothing to do with it." Right.
