John Henry had some other priorities as Philly outbid the Liverpool soccer magnate by $20 million (reportedly $60 million for six years versus $40 million for six years). Now, Boston has no choice but to sacrifice some top prospects to get a starter like
Jake Peavy or even
Cliff Lee (now that Philly has a ready substitute for the lefty). If
