Red Sox shortstop
Stephen Drew played three innings in an extended Spring Training game yesterday. Recovering from concussion symptoms, Drew played in his first game action since he was hit in the head on March 7th. He went 1 for 3 with a double in the game. Look for Drew to supplant
Jose Iglesias as the starting shortstop as soon as he is ready for big league action. Iglesias had three infield hits on Opening Day in his 2013 debut.
