Stephen Drew was pulled from tonight's game after suffering concussion-like symptoms after being hit in the helmet in Thursday's game.
Jose Iglesias will take over for Drew at shortstop. It's unclear how serious the symptoms are, but MLB has very specific policies for dealing with these issues. Hopefully, Drew will be cleared and be back in action tomorrow.
