The Detroit Tigers have made an organizational decision: their kid closer
Bruce Rondon just can't cut the mustard. So,
the Tabbys are looking to acquire a real closer via trade. The Nationals have no desire to part with either
Tyler Clippard or
Drew Storen. It's hard to imagine the American League champs going after that wacky Cub
Carlos Marmol. So, who's left? Calling
Andrew Bailey! Apparently
Dave Dombrowski has not yet contacted
Ben Cherington, but can that call be far behind?
